Wet Weather Policy!

We’ll always do our best to make your visit magical — rain, shine, or a little bit of mud! Each experience is slightly different, so here’s how we handle wet weather at Tiny Tails & Mini Moos:

🐴 Pony Parties

Our pony parties can still go ahead in light to moderate rain — we’re set up under our beautiful gazebos and the ponies don’t mind getting a little damp!

  • If it’s torrential rain, storms, or unsafe ground, we may need to modify, postpone, or reschedule.

  • Pony rides may be paused or adjusted depending on footing and safety.

  • You’ll always have the option to reschedule to another date if the weather isn’t suitable for your celebration.
    Please note — while we do our best to keep everyone covered, you might still get a little bit wet… it’s all part of the country fun! 🌧️🐴

🐮 Cow Cuddle Sessions

Our Highland cows are made for the elements and don’t mind a drizzle one bit!

  • Cow cuddle sessions will continue in rain — they’re extra fluffy and love a cool day.

  • Sessions will only be cancelled or rescheduled in severe weather, such as severe thunderstorms, strong winds, or unsafe ground conditions. Should this happen, you will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule to another day.

    Bring your gumboots, jackets, and a big country smile — it’s all part of the experience! 🐮💛

🐎 Riding Lessons

Safety is our top priority for both riders and horses.

  • Lessons may continue in light rain if the arena remains safe and rideable.

  • If the arena is too wet, slippery, or unsafe, your lesson will be cancelled or rescheduled.
    We’ll always contact you as early as possible if weather changes affect your booking.

Do you have a cafe or food available?

We not have a café however, we do have a little farm stall where we sell different things daily, i.e. fresh eggs, banana bread, cupcakes etc etc. You are more than welcome to bring a picnic - picnic tables are available.
